The worst customer service. Very slow, unreliable, unprofessional, and impossible to speak with (the phone line doesn't work, obviously). Everything went wrong from the very beginning…I ordered some items, I found out that apparently were not in stock (they should mention this before, not after payment!!), I never received a parcel, one item got discontinued, and instead of receiving a refund, I get a “credit’ that gets used for a re-delivery (WHAT!?). And just to finish off, now apparently the second parcel has been delivered but, once again, NOT HAS ARRIVED at my door. A joke!!
