The tutorials are very clear and helpful. I would recommend them, and only wish our children could be persuaded to make better use of the site!
(The only problem I experienced was some difficulty cancelling the monthly payment when we wished to stop using the tutorials. The prcocess was not very straightforward for someone not used to this kind of thing, and resulted in having more lessons than we wanted.)
But in my opinion it is very good.
