So sad to hear from Matt at 9.05am on 20/8/2025 at Consumer Affairs Victoria today that they do not help you with breaches of Australian consumer law they only redirect you to VCAT. I do not see the point in our taxes being squandered on a department that does not physically help the consumer. We are now left on our own to fight big companies on Australian consumer law.
