I had a thriving reseller business 20+ clients, 35+ websites on a nearly full server
I ordered 200GB additional storage
They said I must re-partion the drive to enable it.
I said no, cancel it
The charged me for it, but no enabled it
I asked them to remove the order and refund the amount they had received
They removed the order and re-partitioned the drive losing my entire business, backups and snapshots
They claim they did nothing wrong
