I would like to report a serious issue with Contabo.com.
I ordered a server from them (approximately €20), but I could not complete the identity verification because the required documents belong to my father. I explained this to their support and asked for a refund.
They told me I would receive my money back within 7–14 days, but it has now been over a month and I still have not received the refund or the service I paid for.
I believe this is unacceptable. I request that Contabo either provides the server or issues an immediate refund.
