Cannot get the design right even after you point what’s wrong. Unprofessional approach so far. 10 days since we requested amendments to design and quote still cannot get the quote right. We sent CAD file with drawings unfortunately they took measurements from somewhere else. Areas were much bigger. Also, the design they sent included areas where permanent furniture would be fixed and potentially pipes would be damaged during installation. We asked for review, design was reviewed but quotation remains the same which is 12 m2 more. So far unreasonably stressful, slow, unreliable
