I recently (Oct 24) received delivery of my UFH from Continal. This was the second order I had placed following, one in April. The product we installed earlier in the year is working well. Continal have a very structured process (enquiry, advice, quote, deposit, drawings etc) to make sure you are getting what you need. The best part of the service is having someone who knows the product to ask questions of throughout. In my case a gentleman named David Wormell. He took great care to make sure I got what I needed and gave me confidence in ordering. He was always available via email or on the phone to answer questions. Excellent. Would I buy from Continal again? Yes.
