I really like Dr. Siegal's diet cookies. I live in Florida and have bought these cookies since 1999 I really lost weight very easily . Then
i could not find them . Now i found this site again , but in Australia. I was told that Dr . Siegal's diet cookies , I can order now in Florida .
I did not find the instruction on how to take these cookies ?
