I was on the cookie diet many years ago when dr. Siegel was in Davie Florida. The diet does work the cookies are filling and it teaches you to eat better now my granddaughter needs to lose weight and I purchased a two-month Supply now I just ordered another month for her and she is down 18 lb and very happy I would absolutely recommend this product
