I love the choices available, especially the more obscure products such as goat, retired beef and mutton. I like the ethical approach and animal welfare Standards. However a bit disappointed by the amount of packaging with my click and collect order. I only live around the corner from the farm, less than ten minutes in my car. I do not need cold freezer packs, insulation and a cardboard box. I would like to use my own reusable carrier bag.
