I ordered on the phone, it arrived on Saturday as advised. I ordered large chicken, chicken feet and two rump steaks. It all arrived frozen which I was not told about otherwise I would not have ordered, so I had to pop of to the butcher to buy a fresh chicken for our Sunday lunch. The chicken chicken feet came with lots of feathers and not sanitised/ washed. Rump steak was as tuff as old boots so no way will I place another order. One of the chicken feet was blue so binned it as I was not sure it was bruised or gone off.
