First time ordering and I’m really impressed. Website easy to navigate, some fantastic meat to choose from and very reasonably priced.
Most importantly, everything I bought has so far been superb! Slow cooked short ribs melted in the mouth, flat iron steak (new to me) was delicious and will be on my list again. Beef bones made gorgeous bone broth and the bonus was a thick layer of dripping for spreading and roasting! I’ll be back!
