Couldn’t be happier with my first order.
Delivered in a sturdy cardboard box, insulated with cool wool lining and numerous ice packs to keep meat items frozen.
I was impressed that delivery was obviously so efficient that none of the ice packs had even slightly thawed. All portions/joints went straight into the freezer and I’m looking forward to cooking them.
It’s fantastic to be able to get organic nitrate/nitrite-free gammon and bacon! Thank you!
