They are very friendly and have a good range of products, but have never responded to the feedback I have given them about products or service that have not lived up to expectations - except to say that they hoped I would come back. I would like to support them more, but feel that after a few problems and disappointments my loyalty is ebbing. Back to Riverford for me, whose service is outstanding and meat products have improved in my view after a lull in the mid 2010s
