Unfortunately the steaks were sent frozen and by the time they arrived, the meat was partially defrosted so couldn’t then refreeze. I shan’t be ordering again. It would be a lot better if the meat was vac packed and sent out fresh because then it would at least stayed chilled. I cannot see how you can send out frozen products with ice packs and expect them to stay frozen once out of the freezer.
