My husband and I eat much less red meat these days but when we do we want quality . Having your rib eye ex diary steaks for the first time last night I am just bowled over by the taste! My family were auctioneers and proprietors of Wigan cattle market when such a thing was necessary in the NW of England ,sadly no longer trading. Your steak was so reminiscent of the beef I grew up eating . . My local butcher where I could find the meat we loved also sadly closed due to COVID. I was at a loss until I found you ! I ordered steak, a sirloin joint,racks of lamb and chicken livers for my Christmas pate and am sure we will continue to be very impressed.
