The proof of the turkey will be eating BUT the problem is I ordered a frozen turkey and it arrived on the 18th unfrozen marked 'fresh turkey' and also 'frozen on 16th December". I contacted the farm and couldn't get through so I left a message but tried again and this time the phone was answered quite quickly. The girl who answered assured me several times that the turkey was in fact fresh, so I have frozen it, and hope she is right. I have marked you as 'poor' rather than 'acceptable' because mislabelling like that is actually totally unacceptable and has food safety connotations. When we eat the turkey and are all healthy I might move up to acceptable, but it has cast a bit of a 'shadow of uncertainty' over our Christmas Dinner.
