Without a doubt the best Christmas dinner I’ve ever cooked. The organic duck was fabulous. So tasty and succulent, cooked like a dream with barely any fat at all (just enough to cover the roast potatoes). The organic salt beef and Cumberland sausages also delicious. Everything was amazing. We will be back!
