I just wanted to thank you for your superb turkey. The flavour was wonderful.
It served 4 dinners and 2 lunches – a total of 41 portions! Good value in anyone’s book. That does not include the gallons of stock I now have in the freezer and the bits picked off the carcass after stock making for the dogs. Not a speck of that bird was wasted.
I shall be back next year.
