Owing to Covid-19 we had to use Alan Rickman's line from Robin Hood Price of Thieves and "call off Christmas" which meant changing the meat order.
However, we did have the sirloin of beef and it was magnificent. We ended up freezing half of it but the piece we ate was beautifully lean and meltingly tender. In a previous order I have also had the smoked streaky and back bacon - which is also excellent.
In fact in all my orders to date I cannot think of anything to adversely comment upon.
