I slow cooked this for 24 hrs top left four oven Aga. Browned it a little first, then placed on top of a few halved onions , 4 cloves whole garlic, added in white wine, lamb bone broth a few carrots, & covered with foil. Beyond delicious. Doesn’t need quite so long to cook obviously but it just fell off the bone.
