3 exceptions -
1 ) Xmas turkey needs better preparation and better quality - too many Large feathers and looked bruised !
2 ) liver needs to be much thicker slices or turns to rubber on cooking
3) you are behind in switching to paper wrapping - plasticiser leaching detracts from the healthy organic meat and with the increased health awareness of the future people will stop tolerating plastic wrapping
