Meats are of excellent high quality. Lamb hearts were a bit small in size and expected them to be a bit bigger. Would have preferred the OX heart to be cut in 3 separate bits opposed to one big piecs as only use small amount at at time. Once defrosted, you need to use all of it. Other than that, everything was great and will certainly place future orders. Thank you!
