I've only eaten a sirloin steak so far which was lovely flavour - a tiny bit sinewy in places but overall I really liked it. The box looks good value as it includes two roasts. Lots of packaging but at least it arrived very frozen and on time. I think it will take me a while to get through this but I shall definitely try and use you again as I would like to try mutton, retired dairy beef, and goat
