Having recently taken delivery of our first order we have had little time to work our way through the meat box. The quality is obviously there having tried to date the burgers and the pork and apple sausages. Our opinion? Burgers excellent. Slightly disappointed with the sausages though. We cooked the six using four for a meal the remaining two we had cold the following day. Didn't really notice hot but cold far too salty......have to be honest!
