We have enjoyed the meat very much which is delicious, especially the pork tenderloin, tender and sweet. The bone broth is nourishing and tasty, I tend to sip it hot from a mug in the evening for a simple supper. We did not care for the pate with mushrooms which was dry and flaky in texture. The back bacon was a bit too salty for our liking, I will try the streaky version next as I especially appreciate nitrate free. I am afraid the venison sausages were dry and solid but perhaps I over cooked them.
