1) when submitting the order, there should have been an IMMEDIATE response saying that deliveries could not be made to my post code - should be easy enough to set up your computer for that.
2) someone surely should have noticed that the Order Number I was using was inappropriate and was, in fact, your own phone number!
Fortunately, everything turned out okay - after the problem was returned to YeoValley after about five/six weeks, otherwise I would have lost out on the deal.
The lady dealing with me was courteous, and tried her best.
