I received an shoulder of Lamb which I marinated in herbs and oil for 24hrs and cooked it at 180c for 30mns turned it down to 140c for 2-5hrs and served it to friends for lunch the result was Mmmmmmm , everyone enjoyed it very much and said how delicious it was. Thank you.
