The meat was very good but defrosted when it reached us due to the parcel being wrongly delivered to Leicester then delivered to us late the next afternoon. We did phone you and straight away you arranged to deliver us another parcel. So service was great. DPD not so good. We had to give a lot of meat to our neighbours as could not be refrozen
