So far I've tried the trout, Lambs liver and rabbit. All were very nice and would buy again. The trout had very little fat, good colour, texture and flavour. It was rather large in my opinion, which seems to be common in farmed fish, albeit that this is farmed more sustainably, it's still farmed at the end of the day and one wonders what these farmed fish are fed on? The liver was the best I've tried for texture. Flavour was good. Rabbit cooked very nicely in a stew. It was strong but not over powering. The only negative was that I felt guilty about all the packaging for my relatively small order. I couldn't reuse the freezer packs, so all that went in the recycling with the paper and cardboard.
