I was not sure whether frozen liver would be as good as fresh. I partnered this ox liver with a five year old Pontack sauce and an aged Nuits-St-George Burgundy - It was simply the best liver tasting experience of my life. Truly delicious! I would recommend buying this liver to anyone. It is top class.
