I love these joints. I buy the biggest shoulder of pork or lamb I can get, allow them to defrost just slightly and then chop them up into smaller two person mini roasts for the two of us. They go into the freezer where they last us weeks. The CFO organic meat is some of the most flavoursome available online/mail order that I have found over the years; and arrives in a large box with lots of insulation and frozen cool packs. Even smaller items such as kidneys are only just beginning to thaw when they arrive and can be added to the freezer immediately.
