As always, products ordered were excellent although the duck, being the absolute minimum weight, was disappointingly small for the price. The main concern was with the carrier. The carton arrived broken and wet. The carrier left it on the driveway and didn’t even ring the doorbell to say it was there - probably because of the state of the box. On lifting the box it disintegrated and the contents spilled out over the driveway. It was dark at the time and unfortunately did not come across the duck giblets pack until the next day on the driveway - by then run over! Certainly expected better service from DPD!
