We had the large organic chicken simply roasted last night. It was fantastic! It reminded me how chicken used to taste when I was a child (many moons ago). Back then, chicken was relatively expensive, & a real treat. This is well worth paying more for. Leftovers in a pie for the next 2 nights! Thank you
