Wonderful Christmas Goose.
Arrived on time as ordered and well boxed with frozen packs so we were able to keep it like that - refreezing some of the packs as needed - until we were ready to prep it for cooking.
Stuffed with prunes, onions and herbs it was the central feast of Christmas Day in our house. Succulent and distinctive in its taste served with spiced red cabbage and veg roasted in the goose fat/dripping- and bottles of red wine. A special dish for a special day.
