The duck arrived frozen solid, which is testament to the packaging, but I hadn’t realised that was going to be the case when I ordered it, so it’s a good job I had selected delivery a few days before Christmas. Happily it defrosted in the fridge in perfect time and it was delicious! The pigs in blankets were not as tasty.
