Beef fillet and sausages delivered on time. Beef seared fast on a griddle and then cooked for 13/14 minutes in a hot oven. Perfect pink. 1.5 kg a for 7 - including 3 adult sons. I managed to hide just enough for a couple of sandwiches the next day. I cannot recommend this beef too highly. Pigs in blankets were also excellent. The chef (me) forgot them on Christmas Day so they formed the centerpiece of Boxing Day dinner. Again, fantastic.
