We bought the 3 bird roast and pork belly for Christmas, both were amazing - the crackling was scored very thinly which makes all the difference to how crispy the pork turns out, everyone raved about the meat. Picture of 3 bird roast attached, this was the small size which was much bigger than I thought it would be! Thank you!
