Although the website is so, so promising - I was disappointed about the meat. It was so fat. Even the broth bones were so fat, there was simply too much fat and skin attached so that the broth was too fat to eat. I also ordered lamb pieces and even these were full with fat through and through. I got more fat than meat. I think it’s just too expensive to get fat delivered. I think the Waitrose organic sortiment is much better. It’s actually sad because I was planning to order on a weekly basis.
