So far I have tried the streaky dry cured back bacon- sorry this was actually unpleasant, far too fatty and left the pan with a great deal of residue.
The back bacon was ok but no better than M&S.
The pork chop disappointing.
The DR rib-eye steak again disappointing - not as good as Sainsburys finest.
Overall I am extremely disappointed as the duck we had at Christmas was fabulous and I had high hopes.
