I placed my first order after a tasting at the Dartmouth Food Festival. On the whole I was very pleased with the order. Arrived 'next day' as promised, and early in the morning (not pm). Order was boxed, wrapped & insulated and there was no detoriation in its condition. This order was a trial in my part and was very pleased with it. The meat is delicious - some of the best beef I have ever tasted. The mince and steak strips in particular and I have the stock bones simmering at the moment! My one disappointment was in the lamb shank. From the description on the website I presumed I would be getting two shanks (I think the description said enough for two persons), but what turned up was one shank with a very large bone, so will give those a miss next time. Overall, I love the meat, particularly the beef and will definitely order again.
