I ordered organic beef as I appear to have an intolerance reaction to other beef products- possibly due to foods or medications fed to those cows. I have only used the stewing steak so far (slow cooker) but it was lovely, and no reaction to the food so far!! Flavourful and melted in the mouth. Gristle and fat were at a minimum. I will 100% be ordering again.
