I won't write a review because the meat was tough. It was well beaten and thinned (for Saltimbocca) and properly cooked. I have been cooking Italian food for over sixty years. I was delighted you are into rose veal but this was a disappointment. In my opinion it was offered too early. The minute steaks were better but not hugely so. I have not tried the rest.
