I ordered one of the Eco Meat boxes. The delivery was amazingly quick, from ordering to my front door in Cornwall in less that 20 hours. Meat arrived still frozen so could be put into freezer with no worries. Have slow roasted the short ribs, which were heavenly, and also provided lots of beef drippings to fry some chips in to go with the juicy organic mince burgers over the weekend. Planning to try out the ox livers next, and lamb breast over the weekend. As a full-time working couple that does not cook a full-on meal every night, the box will probably last us three weeks of delicious suppers. Not only great to be able to cook with organic, good quality rare cuts, but a great value as well.
