I buy a selection of meat - lamb, pork and beef - all are excellent. It is worth paying more for a product that tastes good (indeed, actually has flavour), whereas, cheaper meat is often tasteless despite jazzing it up with spice etc. Also, the animal husbandry underlying the production of organic meat is superior to that of mass or battery farming.
