I ordered an Eco Box which I found great value for money. There was a slight issue processing my order as one of the items wasn't available, although I did receive an email offering to switch the item with another. Service seems very good, though perhaps organisation could be better to ensure all items are in stock? (just being picky) The box was well packed and everything was frozen solid, thoroughly impressed with the packaging. So far I've eaten: The breast of lamb (served as a Sunday roast, too fatty for my liking but tasty none-the-less. Perhaps I didn't cook it very well, but quite a considerable amount of the lamb was unedible, there was just too much fat) The ox liver (not a big liver fan but it was probably the best I've tried, cooked with bacon and onions in gravy) the flat-iron steaks (sliced thinly and served raw in a Vietnamese noodle soup, fantastic, succulent beef) and the skirt steak (served medium and very well seasoned with some baked sweet potatoes and steamed green veg; a phenomenal steak) I still have the half-rack of lamb and the beef mince in the freezer so can't comment on these, but judging by the quality of the other items, I've little doubt they'll be just as good. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Coombe's again in the future - already looking forward to trying my favourite - Rib-Eye Steak! Quite pricey but then, you get what you pay for and animal welfare is very important to me, as is my own health. Thanks, Coombe's Farm!
