I had ordered the chicken carcass's for next day delivery. I received a phone call to say they would not be with me the next day as they had only just been introduced to their portfolio and would not be in stock for a few days yet. I received a further phone call to say they were being despatched but because they were fresh in they would not be frozen when delivered. Delivery arrived on time and goods were well packaged and very fresh. Excellent customer service and goods yet I thought the half shoulder of lamb a little over priced when I saw the size of it. However I will definitely be using this company again.
