Very prompt text to apologize that beef stock bones had just run out and asking us to phone; I suggested holding the order till they were available and was told the order was already in the van! Prompt agreement to refund and no harm done. My wife made the call and was full of praise for good customer service attitude.
The meat was here the next day. Haven't eaten it yet but the service is excellent [and was on my first order too].
Full marks.
Looking forward to when the bones are back!
