Lovely turkeys. Delivered on time. But I wish you would offer a jointing service. It was a very tiring job jointing, boning and packing three birds for the freezer and I am not skilled at the job. I know you sell joints but I like the whole bird, legs, wings, breasts, giblets and carcass. I freeze the joints for use throughout the year. The carcass makes wonderful stock and the odd bits of meat make rissoles, stews or curries.
