Service went above and beyond as you hand-delivered our Christmas duck when DPD let you down. Absolute top marks for that.
Unfortunately, I'm not happy about the duck themselves. There were 4 of us at Christmas so I ordered 2 of the 1.5-1.9Kg 'serves 3' birds. In my over 20 years of cooking duck for Christmas, I don't think I've ever had such skinny little birds before. They were both just 1.5Kg and hardly had any breast meat at all. I was frankly struggling to get 4 plates of food out of them.
